Record Review Assistant – Enterprise Edition

Database Requirements

• Install the RRA – EE database to an existing SQL Server 2008R2 - SQL Server 2017 instance
• OR
• Install the RRA – EE database to an install of SQL Server Express 2008 that we provide

Server Requirements - minimum

• Windows Server 2008 - Windows Server 2019, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 version 21H1 or lower
• Minimum 8GB of memory
• Intel Core i3 3.2GHz compatible processor or a faster processor
• Hard disk space of 200GB

Workstation Requirements - minimum

• Windows 7 / 2008 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 version 21H1 or lower
• Intel Celeron 1.6 GHz – compatible processor or faster processor
• Minimum 2GB of memory
• Hard disk space for application: 500 MB
• Minimum display resolution: 1024 x 768

Record Review Assistant – Standard Edition

Server Requirements

• Only the database needs to be placed on a shared server
• DB consists of one Microsoft Access file
• Place the DB on a server that does not run a large application, i.e. Exchange, SQL Server
• Once the software has been utilized for some time, the DB should take up 40 – 200 MB
• Individual users of the software will need read/write access to the DB on that shared server
• Windows Server 2008 - 2019, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 version 21H1 or lower
